ZW32 series outdoor vacuum circuit breaker is a new-type medium-voltage power distribution switchgear suitable for 10kV to 35kV power systems. Adopting advanced vacuum arc extinguishing technology and fully enclosed solid-sealed pole structure, this circuit breaker completely abandons traditional oil insulation structure, featuring safety, environmental protection and no pollution. Equipped with high-stability spring or permanent magnet operating mechanism, the equipment realizes reliable opening, closing and automatic reclosing functions. With complete specifications covering 630A–1600A rated current and 20kA–31.5kA breaking capacity, the ZW32 vacuum circuit breaker adapts to all outdoor working scenarios of 10kV, 24kV and 35kV distribution networks. It integrates intelligent protection, metering and communication modules, supporting seamless connection with smart grid monitoring systems. ZW7-35kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker: Ideal SF6-Free Solution for 35kV Outdoor Power Grids
ZW7-35kV (40.5kV) series outdoor vacuum circuit breaker is a professional three-phase AC 50Hz medium and high voltage switchgear specially designed for 35kV power distribution systems. Adopting advanced vacuum arc extinguishing technology and porcelain column insulation structure, it eliminates SF6 gas leakage risks and traditional oil pollution problems, featuring high safety and environmental protection performance. Equipped with reliable spring or electromagnetic operating mechanisms, the equipment supports manual and electric opening and closing, with stable mechanical performance and frequent operation capability. This ZW7-35kV vacuum circuit breaker covers mainstream specifications including rated current 630A, 1250A and short-circuit breaking capacity 25kA, 31.5kA and 40kA. It adopts optimized internal filling insulation materials and built-in anti-condensation devices, effectively solving dew and aging problems in outdoor environments. With strong anti-pollution, low temperature and high temperature resistance, it can operate stably at -30℃ to +60℃.
