Overview
LW8(A)-40.5 outdoor AC high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical appliance.
It uses SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulating medium, adopts compressed air arc extinguishing structure, and has strong breaking capacity.
It can be widely used in power systems with a rated voltage of 40.5kV, as a substation, power plant to open and close rated current,
short-circuit current, and can be used as a connecting circuit breaker and cut capacitor bank. The built-in current transformer is used for measurement and protection, and it is an ideal replacement product for circuit breakers.
Structural features
The circuit breaker is an outdoor small floor-standing tank structure, equipped with a CT14 spring operating mechanism; the mechanism and the body are installed in one piece, which is simple to install, easy to debug, and reliable in action.
It is suitable for frequent operation; the mechanism life is more than 3000 times;
It adopts compressed air arc extinguishing structure, with strong breaking capacity, 40kA cumulative breaking reached 12 times, creating the highest in China;
The sealing performance is reliable. Imported sealing pads are used, and the dynamic seal adopts a "V" type sealing ring with a spring pressure compensation structure. The transformer secondary terminal board is matched by a joint venture to ensure that the annual leakage rate is less than 05%;
The built-in current transformer is made of microcrystalline alloy with high magnetic conductivity, and the accuracy level can reach 0.2 or 0.2s. According to user needs, 12 transformers can be built in. Suitable for 50 kilometers of no-load long lines without re-ignition.
