LW□-12—Secondary Fusion SF6 Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as Circuit Breaker) is a new generation product developed by our company according to the requirements of the State Grid's primary and secondary fusion complete pole-mounted switch for access to the grid. The circuit breaker meets the requirements of the State Grid's primary and secondary fusion complete pole-mounted switch, and has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable layout, and complete functions. All indicators of the circuit breaker meet the requirements of the State Grid's primary and secondary fusion complete pole-mounted switch, and have passed the primary and secondary fusion special test of China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. The circuit breaker uses three-phase protection current transformers, zero-sequence current transformers and zero-sequence voltage sensors with unified parameters, and has the characteristics of wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy and high reliability. In conjunction with the primary and secondary fusion controller, it can quickly and accurately determine various line faults.
Normal use environment
1. Ambient air temperature: -40℃+40℃;
2. Altitude: not more than 3000m;
3. Ambient air can be polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gas, steam or salt spray, pollution level: IV;
4. Wind speed does not exceed 34m/s (equivalent to 700Pa on the surface of a cylinder);
5. Vibration or earthquake from outside the switchgear and control equipment can be ignored;
6. The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.1OkV.

Main structural features
1 The circuit breaker adopts the principle of arc extinguishing, using the magnetic field force of the arc current to make the arc rotate at high speed along a certain cross section. Since the mass of the arc is relatively light, the arc is gradually elongated and continuously contacts the fresh SF6 gas during high-speed rotation, and is cooled and extinguished. This structural circuit breaker has the advantages of strong arc extinguishing ability, long electrical life, no current interception when breaking small current, and no operating overvoltage. At the same time, it requires small operating power and has high reliability.
2 The circuit breaker adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, which has the advantages of reliable action, long mechanical life, and simple control. The spring operating mechanism can store energy manually or electrically, close and open the switch manually or electrically, and has a reclosing function.
3 The circuit breaker box is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3mm, a fully airtight structure, and a protection level of not less than IP67; there are easy-to-observe and obvious open and close position indicators and energy storage status indicators on the box, and the indicators are reliably connected to the operating mechanism, and the indication action is reliable. The box has a carrying handle to avoid pulling the outlet sleeve.
