Capacitor voltage transformer
□ Introduction
□Capacitor voltage transformers are widely applied to AC power systems,used for measurement,control,protection and high-frequency carrier communication.
□ Characteristic of structure
□Capacitor voltage transformer is composed of capacitor voltage divider and electromagnetic unit.
□Electromagnetic unit has full-sealed structure,with mid-voltage transformer,compensation reactor,damper and so on in the box body,it adopts high quality mineral oil as insulating oil, the secondary terminal board adopts epoxy resin casting or SMC material casting,which prevents from leakage phenomenon effectively.Accuracy of capacitor voltage transformer can be regulated on site if it is necessary.
□Capacitor voltage divider is composed of high-voltage capacitor and mid-voltage capacitor.The capacitor has full-sealed structure,there are many same capacitor elements that are arranged in series connection inside the insulating shell.It adopts high quality polypropylene film and paper composite as solid dielectric materials,and adopts high quality synthetic insulating oil as impregnating agent,the capacitor has accepted treatments of intensive drying and vacuum impregnation.

□ Permissible capacitance deviation of capacitor voltage divider is-5%~+10%,permissible deviation of voltage ratio is±5%.
□Capacitor voltage divider has low dielectric dissipation factor,low partial discharge quantity.
Ferro resonance:
□C apacitorvoltage transformer has capacitor capacitance and nonlinear inductive elements inside,which may produce resonance under some certain conditions.In order to suppress the ferro resonance,inside of the product is installed with advanced fast-saturated damper,which enables the product to damp various ferro resonances under any running voltage from low to high.
Transient response:
□Definition of transient response:when the primary side of capacitor voltage transformer has short circuit,after one cycle,its residual component of secondary voltage.The transient response target of the capacitor voltage transformer:once the primary side comes across short circuit,voltage of secondary side shall fall to 10%below of the voltage before short circuit within one cycle.
