□ Introduction
□BZJ-110/220 series transformer neutral point complete equipment is manufactured according to relevant stipulations of DL/T620-1997 Overvoltage protection and insulation coordination for AC electrical installations on adoption of gap protection of transformer neutral point in effective earthing power grids of 110kV/220 kV,and designed according to the technical requirements on antiground grid or overvoltage accident stipulated by the Eighteen Anti-accident Measures issued in June,2005. It is applicable for neutral point over voltage protection for unearthed transformers in effective earthing power grids of 110kV and 220kV.
□In order to enable the transformer neutral point equipment in the transformer substations of 110kV and 220kV to have reliable performances,convenient installation,debugging and operation,and elegant appearance,the South High-voltage has launched the transformer neutral point complete equipment that integrates neutral point rod gap of transformer with gap current transformer, disconnecting switch,lightning arrester,terminal box,mounting support and other electrical devices.
□Users could select transformer neutral point overvoltage protection scheme of pure gap,also could select the paralleled working mode of gap and lightning arrester,i.e.coordination protection scheme.Lightning arrester and disconnecting switch can be combined flexibly according to the engineering requirements.Operating mechanism of disconnecting switch can be manual or electrical mode. All electric and mechanical performances of products have been well regulated and tested before leaving the factory,also can be corrected again on site conveniently.
