□ Meaning of type

□Introduction

□TheLW36-145/3150-40 sel-extinction AC circui breaker which is outdoor typefinds its universal range of applicationsfor the electrical system with eleavation not greaterthan 3000m,ambient temperature notlower than-40℃,dirtinass grade not higher than IV,alternating curent 50Hz and the maximum voltage 145kV.It is used for cutting the rated current,malfunction current or switching the circuitry,to control and protect the electrical system,and it can also be used for connecting with the circuit breaker.

□The gas of the SF6isemployed as the arc-extinguishing medium and the dielectric material.The self-extinction technology and the new-type spring operating mechanism are introducad in the SF6cicuit breaker.Thus the cicuit breaker has good qualities with long electrical ife,low operation power, lower noise,high reliability,simple structure,small and long overhaul periods.It can fully replace the import same type one.

□Characteristic of structure

□The breaker introduces the threo-phase porcelain-polawith singla interrupter structure.A spring operating mechanism is suppliad and the mechanical action of the three-phase i inner connected.The gas of the SF6 is connected in the three-phase pole parts.A density controller with temperature compensation is used to monitorthe gas of the SF6.Because of the self-extinction are control principle and optimized design,it improves the eficency of mechanism and reduces the operating power.

□Excellent breaking performance and long electrical life.

□The metalframe and the support of the circuit breaker are bended with a whole deep steel plate.The hot galvanizing is used for the surface treatments. The high strength stainless seland aluminum are used for the fasteners and the three-phase transmission shaftrespectively.The surlace ofstructure box is made by stainless steel;the corrosion resistance of the mechanism is improved efficiently.

□High mechanism reliability and can be operated frequently.

□Because of the high insulation intensity and excellent contact movement,the breaking capacity current will not re-burn.

□The circuit breaker has high outer insulation level and ratio creepage distance is greater than 31mm/kV.So it has excellent performance of resisting the filth and the earthquake,it is also can be operated safely under the environment with atrocious weather.

□High carrying ability:it has high capability margin as the temperature ofeach contact rises when it is under temperaturerise testin the circuit of 3780A (1.2 times of3150A).

□The appearance of the breaker is compact,and the installation and debugging is very easy.The maintenanc is also very convenient.
