Overview
LW36-126T high-voltage AC SF6 tank circuit breaker integrates the circuit breaker and current transformer together, and the arc extinguishing chamber is installed horizontally in the grounded aluminum alloy shell. It is equipped with a CT26 spring operating mechanism. It uses fewer parts, has a simple and compact layout, and is overall sturdy and durable. It meets the requirements of oil-free switches, has excellent mechanical properties, and is highly reliable. All important parts are processed by CNC and machining center equipment, and the bearings are imported international brand bearings (such as IKO, INA, SKF, etc.). The mechanical life can reach 10,000 times. It is suitable for outdoor high-voltage switchgear with three-phase AC 50Hz, and can be used for the control and protection of 72.5 (426) kV power transmission and transformation systems; it can also be used for contact circuit breaker use and opening and closing capacitor banks.
Structural features
The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase porcelain column single-break structure, and the three phases are equipped with a spring operating mechanism, which is centrally arranged and three-phase connected, so the appearance is novel and exquisite. The circuit breaker uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium. During operation, the three-pole SF6 gas of the circuit breaker is connected, and the pressure and density progress are monitored by a pointer-type density relay. Due to the self-energy arc extinguishing principle and the optimized design in the circuit breaker motion system, the mechanical efficiency is effectively improved and the operating work is minimized;
Excellent breaking performance and long electrical life;
The mounting frame and support are made of high-quality steel plates that are bent as a whole. The surface treatment is all hot-dip galvanizing. All exposed fasteners are made of high-strength materials and hot-dip galvanized, or stainless steel standard parts are used. The mechanism box shell is made of stainless steel, so the product has excellent corrosion resistance;
High mechanical reliability and can be operated frequently;
Due to the inherent high insulation strength of sulfur hexafluoride gas and the optimal contact movement of the circuit breaker, the circuit breaker breaks the capacitive current without reignition;
The external insulation level is high, the external insulation is designed with a large creepage distance, the creepage ratio distance ≥31mm/kV, and the pollution resistance is excellent. It can also operate safely in harsh environments;
Strong current-carrying capacity: the temperature rise test is carried out at 1.2 times the rated current of 3150A, that is, 3780A, and there is still a large margin for the temperature rise at each point;
The overall appearance and structure of the product are compact, and the on-site installation and commissioning are convenient, and the maintenance workload is small.
