Overview
LW36-72.5 porcelain column type high voltage AC sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is equipped with CT20 spring operating mechanism, adopts self-energy arc extinguishing principle, and is a single-break structure. The three poles of each circuit breaker are installed on a frame to realize three-phase mechanical linkage through the transmission mechanism. The electric control can realize remote and local operation.
LW36-72.5 self-energy high voltage AC sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an outdoor three-phase porcelain column type electrical equipment, mainly suitable for AC 50Hz, 72.5kV power system in high-cold areas (for power stations in general areas and power stations in high-cold areas at -40℃). This product can be operated frequently and can be used as a contact circuit breaker.

This product has all the performance of LW36-126 circuit breaker, namely:
■Adopt thermal expansion plus auxiliary compressed air self-energy arc extinguishing technology.
■Excellent electrical performance: rated current 3150A, rated short-circuit breaking current 315.kA, electrical life 24 times.
■Excellent mechanical reliability: mechanical life is 6000 times, and after simple adjustment, it can reach more than 10000 times, which fully meets the user's requirements for continuous operation and low maintenance.
■The spring operating mechanism has a small number of parts and low noise.
■The spring operating mechanism adopts an integral cast aluminum alloy frame, which has a long mechanical life, high reliability, easy maintenance, and is suitable for frequent operation.
■Suitable for Class IV dirty areas.
■Reliable sealing structure to ensure that the annual leakage rate is less than 0.5%.
■Meet the harsh operating environment, applicable ambient temperature: -40℃~+40℃
