Uses
LW32-126 outdoor high-voltage AC SF6 circuit breaker is a three-phase AC outdoor switchgear.
It is suitable for power systems with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 10kV. It is used in power plants,
substations and industrial and mining enterprises as control and protection of power line equipment. It can also be used as a contact short circuit breaker.
Structure and characteristics
The circuit breaker adopts a mixed arc extinguishing structure, each pole is a single-column fracture,
arranged in an I-type, each circuit breaker consists of three poles, and the three poles are installed on a horizontal frame.
A hydraulic operating mechanism is installed in the middle of the horizontal frame, and the circuit breaker is opened and closed through mechanical linkage of the three poles.
The upper part of the single pole is the arc extinguishing chamber, and the middle is an insulating support porcelain sleeve for ground insulation and support. The horizontal frame is equipped with a transmission system and a three-pole SF.
Gas system, SF6 gas is equipped with a bellows valve in each pole, which is easy to disassemble and install, secondary control, energy storage motor, SF6 gas density controller and live charging SF.
The gas and moisture sampling valves are arranged in the operating mechanism box.
